Southwestern Academy offers summer programs that uniquely combine classroom education with fun activities, allowing students to enjoy their summer while exploring new opportunities. Students will earn credit towards graduation, and enhance their knowledge of Southern California and Northern Arizona’s rich artistic, cultural and historical surroundings.
Southwestern Academy is a boarding and day school, located minutes away from shopping, restaurants and popular entertainment venues. The San Marino location is near The Nokia Theater, Staples Center, The Getty Museum, The Huntington Library and beautiful beaches; all are a short drive, Uber or Metro ride away. The Northern Arizona Campus is located just outside Sedona and is an international tourist destination that attracts more than four million visitors per year. The area is known around the world for its art galleries and spectacular scenery. Many films and commercials are shot on location here, and Sedona has long been a hotspot for Hollywood celebrities.
Both campuses will offer language support courses in TOEFL and SAT preparation. These courses provide 
students advance knowledge and prep them for vital college entrance exams. Southwestern summer program also offers college preparatory classes for credit, advancement, enrichment and review. Individual attention is provided to each student.
