The New Year brings about change, personal growth and the intention to move forward and take a positive step. Bikram Yoga Pasadena is embracing this premise wholeheartedly. This New Year they are unveiling their new name: Hot Yoga Pasadena.

Why are they changing their name? Val Sklar Robinson, the owner of Hot Yoga Pasadena said “we want the flexibility to grow and evolve as well.” She promises the name change will not in any way affect the yoga they have always offered and the instructors will remain the same. “I am still completely committed to the positive and transformational healing effects of this yoga practice that will remain the foundation of this studio,” she said.

In the new year they have changed their name to Hot Yoga Pasadena to expand their offerings on their schedule and to provide more flexibility to suit the needs of their community.

They continue to mostly teach the traditional Hot yoga 26 postures, but they have also added HotPas Power Hour classes and weekend workshops in yin yoga and their own intermediate class. Studio owner, Val Sklar Robinson, continues to offer her monthly Yogival Preteen Yoga classes (yogival.com) as well as offering her YogiVal’s 5 Fundamental of Alignment for Yoga and Athletes video for free on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgyzzLNdYD8).
