No matter whose horse won on Sunday, April 12, at the Hillsides Guild “A Day at the Races” fundraiser at Santa Anita Park, Hillsides was the real winner: The event, which included lunch in the Frontrunner Restaurant, netted more than $10,500 for the children of Hillsides.  The day was made a success by co-chairs Cathy Brennan and Lori Williams and through the efforts of Dee Fisher and Astrid Fishbein, who put together the baskets for a silent auction.  The Hillsides Guild is a volunteer group of Hillsides that organizes fund raises and events for the children of Hillsides.  The group continues to be “Frontrunners” in Hillsides efforts to help children heal from trauma and lead happy, successful lives.
