Stop by the Tap Room at the Langham Huntington for an equally matched gourmet food and handcrafted cocktail experience. This richly decorated lounge has both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of space for small groups or one-on-one chats.

This year the Tap Room is offering their two cocktails – one signature and one entirely new. The TR Trouble is a crowd favorite that combines Templeton Rye Whiskey, fresh lemon, muddled red pear and sage. This delicately sweet drink has been on their menu for nearly two years and, given the Tap Room’s seasonal menu rotations, that is no small feat. This popular drink has an unexpected hint of sage and a well-balanced, slightly sweet fruity finish.

Pair this delicate drink with the Lobster Corn Dogs. These fun snacks are made with a blend of tarragon-infused lobster and crab wrapped in a cornbread and polenta skin. Enjoy the fluffy coating and buttery filling with a side of tangy black truffle ketchup. Like the TR Trouble, the corn dogs are also a Tap Room specialty.

In addition to the TR Trouble, the Tap Room is also showing off the C3 cocktail. This slightly more adventurous drink combines Silver Tequila, mezcal, citrus juice, honey, fresh jalapenos and cucumber. Mezcal is having a moment and this drink plays into the aged spirit’s popularity. Expect a kick from the jalapenos and a subtle sweetness from the honey and cucumber. This drink will leave you feeling the 3 C’s – Cool, Calm and Caliente.
