Masters of Taste is an annual food and drink extravaganza that benefits Union Station Homeless Services and takes place in the Pasadena Rose Bowl. Get ready to feast on the finest fare from L.A.’s top chefs and restaurants, sip signature handcrafted cocktails from L.A.’s Master Mixologists, enjoy tastings from some of California’s most eclectic wineries and local craft breweries, listen to live entertainment and so much more.

Event organizers threw a sneak peak Wednesday night with some of their finest food and beverage vendors to whet appetites for the main event. This year, the 2nd Annual Masters of Taste hopes to attract over 2,500 food and beverage enthusiasts for an afternoon of tasting delicious dishes and drinks.

Wednesday, Cafe Dulce sampled Fruity Pebble Donut Holes and Blueberry Matcha tea while Spireworks offered their signature Spire Cakes and sandwiches. New restaurants like Mama Lion, with Executive Chef, Michael Hung, sampled Uni Tostadas and Pasadena’s Bone Kettle brought their Oxtail Dumplings.

Look forward to bites from Chef Matt Bata at Alexander’s Steakhouse, Chef Claud Beltran, Chef Evan Colter at Magnolia House, Ramen Tatsunoya, Chef Tim Guiltinan at The Raymond 1886, Chef Phil Noresetter at True Food Kitchen and many others and the full-blown extravaganza.
