For new students to attend Blair if it is not their Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) assigned home school, they must apply through Open Enrollment. The General Open Enrollment Application period is Thursday, January 9th thru Thursday, February 6th and applications must be submitted online at the PUSD website.
