Golf for a good cause at The Holy Family’s Golf Tournament at Brookside Golf Course on Friday, November 6th. Grab some friends and score a hole-in-one for education.

The funds will be used to support Holy Family School’s scholarships and help support the installation new playground. The school has over 300 students from K-8th grade and is attached to the Church of the Holy Family.

“We charge an annual tuition and it’s based on needs so families are encouraged in the spring to submit documentation and to provide a letter of support for whatever needs they might have. We’re hoping to expand the program to create greater access for families who live in the community, to be able to attend Holy Family,” said Frank Montejano of the Holy Family School.

The school provides a well-rounded education including arts and technology. “We offer electives to the students in the middle school, different areas ranging from guitar class to cooking to robotics,” said Montejano. He also highlights an iPad program for grades 5-8 and a music program called Meet the Masters. “It’s an art program for all of our students K-8 where they get to explore different styles of art based on famous artists and their works” he said.

Support the school and play a round with friends at the Golf Tournament. There will be a putting contest and the game will begin after a 9am shotgun start. The rest of the day will include a barbeque lunch, awards and a silent auction.
