Young & Healthy is sponsoring the Mobile Dental Dental Clinic for Kids from February 27 to March 6, 2015.
Young & Healthy is looking for children/youth who are:
1. Are between the ages of 6-18.
2. Are income eligible.
3. Have NO Dental Insurance.
4. Live in Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre or South Pasadena.
5. Have cavities.
6. Have a parent/guardian who will commit to several appointments during the week of the clinic.
Space is limited to the 1st 120 kids who enroll.
