You already know Veggie Grill for their flavorful take on meatless meals but – on Wednesday, December 14, they are going beyond. Veggie Grill will be the first chain to introduce the Beyond Burger – a plant-based burger so realistic that it’s sold in the meat section of grocery stores. This revolutionary burger created by Beyond Meat looks, cooks and tastes so much like fresh ground beef that it’s sure to fool any omnivore.
“The chance to bring the Beyond Burger to our mindful guests first is an amazing opportunity,” Steve Heeley, Veggie Grill CEO, said in a press release.
Veggie Grill is rolling out this revolutionary cruelty-free burger on a classic sesame bun piled high with grilled onions, melted American veggie cheese, tomato, crisp iceberg lettuce and a house-made signature sauce. Pair it with their Sweetheart Fries and Ginger Hibiscus Tea for a vegan meal made in heaven.
Other offerings include a lineup of trendy, vegan food like Baja Fish Tacos, the popular All Hail Kale Salad, Crispy Cauliflower and Carrot Cake. Their crowd-pleasing vegan fare is an ideal introduction to meat-free meals and the Beyond Burger is bound to be one of their main attractions.
Veggie Grill is located at 200 South Lake Avenue. Call (626) 535-9561 or visit www.veggiegrill.com.
