Vistage International chair Donald Pierro will discuss “Deep Change or Slow Death? Which One Describes Your Company?” during a workshop at the University Club of Pasadena on Friday, January 24, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Attendees can expect to learn how to generate and implement a quick and simple plan for their businesses. The club’s representative said having no strategic plan or having a strategic plan that is not implemented would result in the slow death of a company.
Pierro founded the Empower Lab Coaching Group in 2004. He has been coaching and consulting with leaders, businesses teams and non-profits for more than 30 years.
He was also the owner and president of three private companies from different industries, all of which were acquired by larger firms.
The forum is part of the club’s Workshop Series which will be held on the fourth Friday of every month, featuring a new topics and speakers each workshop.
The workshop is open to University Club of Pasadena members and to the Pasadena business community. Entrance is free of change for members, and it’s $25 for non-members.
