Cairo Nights, from 8:00 to 10:00 pm every Tuesday, will feature a special menu of Mezza and highlighted wines.
The special menu for Cairo Nights by Chef James will include:

Rice crusted albacore, seared medium rare tahini dressing, segmented orange, cilantro
To make Cairo Nights much more exciting, there will also be a live belly dance performances to get the heart pumping, the wine flowing, and the vibe lively and energetic. Featuring Egyptian belly-dancers (who dance with much more rhythmic changes than Turkish belly dancers) that will help you discover a whole new world of movement, culture and art, Cairo NIghts will surely be a night you won’t soon forget.
