There’s a lot of learning involved whenever you’re on the job.  But for the truly dedicated, the journey doesn’t stop after clock-out time.  The truly dedicated spend their days, nights, and weekends studying their craft in any way they can.

This is true of Town Square Real Estate and their team.

town sq 3“In April our team attended the Down Town Los Angeles Art Walk, which is a monthly art even that happens there.” begins Andy Javaheri from Town Square.

“The local artists on Spring Street and Main Street displayed their art there and it was an opportunity for people to walk around and see it. Our team was down there sharing information about Downtown Los Angeles: all the new builds, what’s happening, and how the traditional buildings are being taken over,” adds Javaheri.

While the trip wasn’t exactly all play, it was what the team needed to forge good relationships and create lasting memories. It was also an opportunity to learn more about the significant buildings in Los Angeles, like the Southern California Institute of Architecture.

town sq 2“There we learned about how The Southern California Institute of Architecture is dedicated to educating architects who will imagine and shape the future,” says Torrey Felber in the Town Square blog. “The school spent almost 40 years vagabond until 2011 when they purchased a unique freight depot building located in the Arts District on the eastern edge of Downtown LA.”

The team profusely enjoyed the experience and learned a lot in the process. Ultimately, the trip also helped them gain more knowledge about design and the environment they’re working in. “That’s part of the challenge of being a local expert, right? You know, you don’t have a crystal ball but understanding the upcoming and current trends is important,” says Javaheri.
