The Shakespeare Club Philanthropy Department enjoyed a successful day shopping for toys and baby items using funds raised from the Clubs “Annual Toy Drive”. Partnering with Friends of Foster Children staff; they were able to fill the wish lists for children aged 2months to 17 years old. Ten shopping carts filled with items were purchased from “Toys R Us” using the $3,646 dollars raised.
On January 22, 23, 24, & 29, 30, 31, 2016 the Club will be presenting the farcical comedy “Arsenic and Old Lace”, The Club has produced Broadway style productions since 1949. The proceeds will benefit ongoing service and operation projects. Tickets can be purchased online: www.BrownPaperTickets.com (Event #2412407). All seats are $25.00.
