Pasadena area residents can interact with Pasadena City College artist-in-residence Sant Khalsa and view her works at the PCC Art Gallery on the week from February 22 to 26, 2016.
Sant Khalsa is an artist, educator and curator living in Southern California. Her artworks and curatorial projects develop from her inquiry into the nature of place and the complex environmental and societal issues present and visible in the American West.
Her work has been widely shown internationally in over 150 exhibitions and has been acquired by permanent museum collections including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Center for Creative Photography in Tucson, Nevada Museum of Art, UCR/California Museum of Photography, in addition to private and corporate collections in the U.S. and Europe.
