The Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) presents a free seminar for parents on spotting and preventing bullying on campus Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the Webster Elementary School Auditorium, 2101 E. Washington Blvd., Pasadena. Parents can learn how to recognize the warning signs that a child is involved in bullying, how to respond and work with school staff to prevent and stop bullying behaviors.
Presenting on PUSD’s anti-bullying policy and programs will be Eric Sahakian, the district’s Director of Child Welfare, Attendance and Safety. The Bullying Prevention parent education seminar is presented by PUSD’s Family Resource Center, which supports parents and staff in building partnerships for student achievement.
