It’s a tradition at Charlie’s Trio to feature corned beef and cabbage every St. Patrick’s Day. This dish, served with boiled potatoes and carrots, will be availableas long as the doors are open on Monday, March 17, for both dine-in and take-out at both Charlie’s Trio locations.
It’s a time for friends and family, and while no one will be chasing any snakes out of the place, we’ll hopefully be luring new leprechauns to come in and join us on this festive day.
The Huntington Drive location will also have Irish-inspired drinks, and thirsty patrons may enjoy a Moylan’s Irish Stout or Moylan’s Danny Red Ale to complement their meal.
There are a variety of Irish whiskeys available as well, including Jameson, Paddy’s, and Two Gingers, along with a wide range of popular Irish drinks.
We’re Italian, but, like every other American, we’ll be Irish from midnight to midnight on St. Patrick’s Day.
Maybe some ravioli with that Irish beer?
