Los Angeles’ popular biannual food event DineL.A. kicks off Monday, Jan. 19 with an opportunity for patrons to experience noteworthy restaurants during 14 days of fixed-price lunch and dinner menus from hundreds of acclaimed chefs, including 18 Pasadena eateries.
The extensive list of 300-plus participants at dineL.A.’s Winter Restaurant Week includes Pasadena spots Arroyo Chop House, Café Bizou, Celestino Ristorante and Bar, Del Frisco’s Grille, Gyu-Kaku, Il Fornaio, La Grande Orange Café, Meat District Co., Osawa Shabu Shabu & Sushi, Parkway Grill, POP Champagne & Dessert Bar, Sushi Roku, The Melting Pot, The Raymond Restaurant, The Royce | Wood-Fired Steakhouse, The Terrace at The Langham, Trattoria Neapolis, Vertical Wine Bistro.
“We always try to find ways to give our dineL.A. customers a memorable experience, so we are thrilled to be working with the many wonderful chefs and restaurants to see the unique dineL.A. dishes that many will be debuting,” said Stacey Sun, Director of dineL.A.
“We want to encourage diners to ‘eat better’ in the new year, whether that is returning to a favorite restaurant or resolving to try something new,” Sun said.
Diners can enjoy lunch menus for $15, $20, or $25 or plan a night out on the town with dinner options priced at $30, $40, or $50 per person.
In order to further enhance the experience of Restaurant Week, this year, dineL.A. has challenged participating restaurants to create an exclusive menu item or alternatively offer a menu that is 15 percent off the existing price.
For those who wish to explore a new dining scene, restaurants from all over Los Angeles County including Pasadena, the Valley, Long Beach and Downtown Los Angeles will be participating including Cliff’s Edge in Silver Lake and Culina, Modern Italian in Beverly Hills who are both offering special dineL.A. only dishes making this the perfect time to make the drive.
