Kings Row is debuting their Making Xmas cocktail, a colorful drink garnished with a cinnamon stick. This refreshing drink is a welcome break from pumpkin spice and packs enough of a punch to ease your holiday nerves.
Hibiscus-infused Pisco Portón Acholado gives this festive cocktail its magenta hue and cinnamon, lime and crushed ice round out the drink. Zulma, the bartender and bar manager of Kings Row Gastropub, was inspired to create this drink after taking a trip to the Portón distillery in Peru. She chose the slightly tart hibiscus and warm cinnamon to create a well-balanced winter drink.
Kings Row will also offer seasonal beers like Port Brewing’s Santa’s Little Helper – an oaky Russian Imperial Stout. Enjoy these festive sips on the outdoor patio and munch on starters like the popular cheese naan and house cut fries with aioli.
