Del Frisco’s Grille on Lake Avenue in Pasadena is hosting a wine tasting event featuring six tastings from Flora Springs, a family-owned winery in Napa Valley, as well as some serious amuse-bouche action from Chef Angel Flores.
The evening will highlight a 2014 Sauvignon Blanc paired with Prosciutto and Lemon, a 2013 Napa Chardonnay paired with Butter Lettuce Cups Filled with Asian Stir Fry Vegetables, a 2013 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, paired with Blonde Tomato Basil Bruschetta; a 2013 Napa Merlot, paired with Cheesesteak Eggrolls; a 2012 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Mushroom and Sausage Flatbread as well as a 2012 Trilogy, paired with Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownie Bites.
