The Culinary Director at Real Food Daily, Chef Tara Punzone, created her unique and hearty lasagna dish at a very young age. She was a strict vegetarian by the age of ten, and has worked hard to recreate her Italian family’s traditional dishes. She invented her famous plant-based Lasagna Napoletana for Easter Sunday back in her home of Brooklyn, NY many years ago.
Not only is her Lasagna Napoletana a smart choice, it’s also a great value, since RFD is offering the unique dish and a glass of Montepulciano for only $19 this Easter Sunday. Have a taste for Rosé? RFD is serving glasses of Rosé for only $5 this coming Sunday as well.
