The Culinary Director at Real Food Daily, Chef Tara Punzone, created her unique and hearty lasagna dish at a very young age. She was a strict vegetarian by the age of ten, and has worked hard to recreate her Italian family’s traditional dishes. She invented her famous plant-based Lasagna Napoletana for Easter Sunday back in her home of Brooklyn, NY many years ago.
