A total of 471 guests attended High Point Academy’s “family dinner night” two weeks ago.
The event is considered as the school’s largest community-building event each year. Attendees were provided with food, music and crafts.
Waste Less Living has collected 280 pounds of trash, 91 percent of which was composted.
The leftover food, including two trays of chicken parmesan, four trays of pasta and assorted desserts, was taken to The Door of Hope Shelter.
