Although there seem to be new fitness crazes popping up everyday, some have stood the test of time. Hot Yoga has a good track record of success in the world of fitness and they’re still going strong and expanding class options.
Since 1998, Hot Yoga Pasadena – formerly Bikram Yoga Pasadena – has introduced the community to the benefits of hot yoga and tailored their classes to their clients’ needs. As Val Sklar Robinson explains, Hot Yoga began offering One-Hour Classes to help more people incorporate yoga into their schedules.
“I’m so passionate about the healing strengthening and transformative effect of this yoga and 60 minutes means more people will come and do it then we’re going to make sure we have that option,” she said.
She explains that the community plays a vital role in her business and she is always excited to see new people as well as regulars.
“We really invite the community come try the classes [it’s] something new and fun,” she added.
In addition to the popular One-Hour Hot Yoga classes, Hot Yoga Pasadena will now offer a Hot Pilates Class. This 60 minute class is a great complement to yoga, it is an interval strength-focused class using Pilates principles.
“It’s great for anyone who does and doesn’t do yoga. It’s just a great complement, a little more strength focused than balance and healing focus,” she said.
Keep an eye out for the Hot Pilates Schedules. There will also be a Partner Stretching Class starting in mid-February.
