Growing Families invites everyone to join them on Sunday, March 9, at 9:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall at the La Cañada Presbyterian Church, for a presentation by Hayden Sears-Livesay who will offer a very practical, informative, fun, and motivating approach to helping parents feed their families right in today’s busy world. This talk is very visual, interactive, and meets people where they are in their journey towards better health. The multimedia presentation lasts about 1 hour, and we like to have a little extra time at the end for questions.
