Mingle with princesses and city officials at the opening of Royal Spa on Monday, November 14. Royal Spa’s Grand Opening will include a special appearance by Disney princesses, city officials, snacks, drinks and a bubble machine.
Royal Spa is a children’s spa that exclusively uses chemical-free nail and face products. Founder Irene Lara opened Royal Spa to provide a fun-filled spa day experience for children.
“It’s a place to be pampered and have fun,” she said.
Lara explains that the – I want to let kids know that it’s about inner beauty – being confident, independent and voicing their own opinions – that’s why Royal Spa has plenty of customization options like fun nail polish colors, dress up clothes and a karaoke stage. Lara hopes Royal Spa’s commitment to chemical-free products will help show children that you don’t have to compromise beauty for health.
Royal Spa will offer manicures, pedicures and facials as well as a fashion show and karaoke stage. Lara designed the spa with an open layout so parents keep an eye on their child and also created a food room for birthday parties and treats.
Lara plans to give back to local, underserved youth through free spa days and partnerships with children service agencies.
“I’m excited to get the word out to the community – Pasadena is where my heart is,” she said.
Royal Spa’s Grand Opening will take place on Monday, November 14 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
