Blair’s JROTC cadets led off the 2016 Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade on Oct. 15, with the Color Guard followed by cadets marching in formation. Principal David Ibarra accompanied the cadets. Following the parade, the Pasadena Mayor, several PUSD Board members and Congresswoman Judy Chu all came to congratulate the cadets on their fine participation and continued community service.
