After exhausting research, the staff at Charlie’s Trio eagerly presents their version of a classic deep dish. Their over 40 years of experience and devotion to quality is apparent in every bite. Starting July 17th, other new menu entrees will include a hearty pork shank, a classic seafood cioppino, and a delicious rib eye steak, created by executive Chef James Boyle.
