Fit for Expecting has joined forces with the South Pasadena San Marino YMCA to offer exercise classes tailored for the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum moms. These classes align with the YMCA’s focus on supporting healthy lifestyles for all. The classes, designed by Fit for Expecting’s founder Jennifer Johnson, are safe, effective and truly one-of-a-kind Prenatal Strength & Stretch Class.
This class is for pregnant moms and incorporates safe and effective strengthening and stretching exercises to:
• Target the specific areas that are vulnerable during pregnancy and are necessary for a smooth labor and delivery.
• Help physically prepare your body for the rapid changes that occur during pregnancy and after childbirth.
Saturdays, 8:30am
