Tracy DeVore, the founder and bakery behind these desserts, is excited to open this dedicated pie shop. The shop will compliment her bustling online business and roaming food truck.
“Pie has always been around but it’s hard to find good pie. Our pie, it’s hard to describe…it’s real pie,” she said.
Know Reality Pie’s storefront offers an assortment of personal-sized pies and also acts as a pick-up location for whole pies ordered online.
DeVore doesn’t take any shortcuts. Some of her recipes, like the pecan pie, have taken years to perfect. She uses a crust recipe adapted from her mother’s crust. This award-winning crust is the perfect canvas for both sweet and savory pies like Triple Berry Cabernet and Chicken Pot Pie.
“Hopefully it will bring people a smile,” she said.
