[January 20, 2016 | Update: The Grand Opening on January 20th was cancelled and a PR spokesperson said she does not know when the restaurant will open. There were reportedly construction delays. We will keep you posted]
Pizza is one of those foods that could be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, that plan probably won’t fit too well into your New Year’s Resolution. Indulge your pizza craving once a day (or more – we won’t tell) and get a slice with a side of literary pizazz at Pizza Press.
This restaurant will be the newest addition to Pasadena’s pizza scene and its pies has playfully-literary names like “The Gazette” and “The Herald.” There is also a popular “Publish Your Own” option for all the amatuer writers out there.
This 1920s style eatery includes all the fixing for a newsworthy meal including over 20 beers on tap, ice cream and tiramisu.
“We’re thrilled to be opening this pizzeria in such an amazing location,” said Weijun Jang, owner of the Pasadena franchise. “There’s already a great selection of dining options in this area, and we are so happy to contribute to the variety of unique restaurants that Pasadena has to offer.”
