The SIP-tember Finale is at The Rose Bowl this Thursday, September 24th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is going to be a blowout party with all four cocktails on hand for you to sample and vote for The favorite cocktail will be announced at 8:45 p.m.
Want to know who’s duking it out? Here’s the breakdown:
Alondra Hot Wings offers up their Appellation cocktail. This drink is absolutely perfect for fall. It consists of Honey Jack with caramel, sour apple pucker and sweet & sour. It is then shaken and strained over ice. It will warm you right up.
Next up from DusitD2 hotel constance is the BluRoom Mojito. This one is cold and refreshing. It is made with cucumber, mint and Bacard, then mixed with creme de violette, lemon juice and lychee liqueur.
The third contestant is Green Street Restaurant’s Dos Amigos. It’s a delicious combination of raspberries, Don Julio Blanco Tequila plus grapefruit juice, simple syrup, salt, and blood orange.
The last selection is White Horse Lounge’s Forbidden Sour. It is simply sinful. This drink is made with Absinthe wash plus organic maple syrup and organic fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. It also has egg white, Templeton rye whiskey and grapefruit bitters.
There will be two dozen local restaurants offering up food samples to go along with your cocktails. Some will be offering drink samples as well. There will also be live entertainment from the Dance Syndicate.
