Thursday September 3rd at 6 p.m. brings you Back to School Bites with Chef Charles Chen. This class is $5.00. Learn how Chef Chen lost over 100 pounds while refusing to sacrifice the taste of his meals.

Thursday September 10th at 6 p.m. you can learn how to make yogurt during the Homemade Yogurt Class. This class is $10.00. Class is hosted by Monica Ford, founder and head chef of realfooddevotee.com. Come out and learn all about the benefits of yogurt and how it is made.

Thursday September 17th at 6 p.m. visit Whole Foods for the Fermented Hot Sauce Class. This class is $25.00. Chef Ernie Miller, a master preserver and founder of RLM Provisions will head this lesson. All students will get an RLM Provisions air lock fermentation kit containing their first batch of homemade hot sauce.
