Kairos is an ancient Greek word that Suzana Delis had been carrying around in her mind for many years—“probably the last 25 years,” she says. “It means ‘God’s anointed time.’”

This word reverberated within Suzana when she was left contemplating on what to do after quitting a career at the City of Glendale.  “I had an epiphany: ‘Go get your real estate license now, start this business and name it Kairos.’”

Suzana, who hails from a family invested in the real estate business, sought the help of licensed broker Aileen Azadian. “I felt that she and I would make a great team,” Suzana recalls.
