Webster’s Community Pharmacy announced today that it will be one of the stops on Health Mart’s Healthy Living National Tour on Thursday, May 1, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Webster’s Community Pharmacy has recently joined Health Mart, the fastest growing independent pharmacy network in the United States. Webster’s Community Health Mart Pharmacy is and will continue to be a locally-owned independent retail pharmacy serving Altadena and neighboring communities.
Now in its fifth year of operation, the Health Mart Healthy Living Tour celebrates and recognizes the important role that community pharmacists play as trusted healthcare providers in their communities – helping to educate and to counsel on a variety of conditions that can be better managed with the help of a pharmacist. Aboard the Healthy Living Tour’s 40’ foot health screening unit, tour staff will provide complimentary health screenings for health risks associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and obesity.
