The second Open Enrollment application period for the 2017-18 academic year is Monday, April 3 through Friday, April 7, 2017.

Students currently residing within the boundaries of the Pasadena Unified School District who have not already registered during a previous phase of 2017-18 Open Enrollment are eligible to apply for any remaining seats offered in the upcoming second lottery.

Families living outside of PUSD boundaries may submit an Application of Interest April 3-7, 2017 for spots that may be available in the District’s dual language and signature programs—including the International Baccalaureate Program—and at the four magnet schools.

To participate in Open Enrollment, families complete the 2017-18 application online at openenrollment.info. On Friday, April 7, 12 noon until 4:30 p.m. in Room 240 at the Ed Center (351 S. Hudson), staff will assist families who may need help submitting their applications.

Students must be entering kindergarten-11th grade next school year and only one application may be submitted per student.

Applicants may indicate up to five school and/or program choices in order of preference.

PUSD families participating in Open Enrollment will be notified of school placement and registration deadlines at openenrollment.info on Monday, April 17, 2017.

Non-PUSD families will be notified by phone or email beginning Monday, May 15, 2017.
