Pasadena Arts Council presents EMERGE: 2017 Benefit Art Auction, opening reception and preview on Tuesday, April 25, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Deasy/Penner & Partners. Presented in partnership with Paddle8 and Deasy/Penner & Partners. On view April 25 – May 9.

 

Pasadena Arts Council’s inaugural art auction will present over fifty works by artists including Joshua Aster, Kristin Calabrese, Fallen Fruit, Shana Lutker, Sandeep Mukherjee, Steve Roden, Analia Saban, Alex Schweder, Kim Stringfellow, Liat Yossifor, and Marina Zurkow.

 

All proceeds will support PAC’s mission to empower artists to invent, inspire, and provoke. Sales from select lots will also directly support the work of the following independent arts collectives and organizations:

 

ARID Journal, Big City Forum, Eastside International (ESXLA), Fallen Fruit, The Love House Project, The Mojave Project, Monte Vista Projects, PasadenaPhotographyArts, Shed Research Institute, Surrogate Gallery Projects, Unconfirmed Makeshift Museum and VOLUME.
