Masters of Taste, a luxury food and beverage festival, will take place (rain or shine) on April 3, 2016 on the field of the Historic Pasadena Rose Bowl.

For one afternoon, 2,500 food and beverage lovers will walk the field of the Historic Rose Bowl Stadium to enjoy L.A.’s finest fare from 40 Master Chefs and restaurants; 25 craft cocktail bars, wineries, and breweries; plus lifestyle and beauty brands and much more. Tiered ticketing will offer VIP’s and sponsors a premier experience, with private lounge seating and light butler service.

One of the choices will be an Alexander’s Steakhouse, which is a modern steakhouse with hints of Japanese flavors. With the largest selection (seven different types) of Wagyu beef in LA, including Washugyu wagyu tomahawk steak for $315 that’s dry-aged for 28 day, if you’re a meat lover, this is just a must! The featured dish at Masters of Taste will be their incredibly tasty beef tartare, made with foiestrami, buckwheat rye crepe, brusselskraut, and sprouted lentils, puffed tendon crumble, smoked salt, miso remoulade and onion sprouts.

An array of premier chefs and mixologists will be curated with the help of seasoned event producer Dennis Richardson (Taste LA, Taste Beverly Hills, and Wolfgang Puck Catering) and restaurant owner and businessman Rob Levy (The Raymond 1886, HomeStreet Bank). All proceeds will benefit Union Station Homeless Services.

All tickets include unlimited samplings. Alexander’s Steakhouse is located at 111 N. Los Robles Blvd. in Pasadena. Reservations can be made online or by calling (626) 486-1111. You can visit Alexander’s Steakhouse at www.alexanderssteakhouse.com.
